Who we are
This site is operated by Reed's Landscaping & Irrigation Experts, serving Middle Georgia from Bonaire, GA. Our contact phone is (478) 952-5189 and email is matt@oxleypc.com.
What we collect
When you submit a contact, booking, or visualizer form on this site, we collect what you give us — typically a name, phone number, email address, property address, and a description of the lawn, landscape, irrigation, or property work you need. If you upload a photo to the visualizer, that photo is used to build your preview and for follow-up on your request. We don't ask for payment information, ID numbers, or anything beyond what's needed to quote and schedule your work.
Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, and the page viewed) are collected by our hosting provider for security and performance purposes. These logs are not used for marketing.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The site is installable as a Progressive Web App (PWA), which means your browser may cache static files (images, fonts, page shells) for offline use and faster loading. This cached data is stored only on your device and never sent back to us.
Embedded content
The contact page embeds a Google Map centered on our service area. When the map loads, Google may set its own cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy.
How we use your information
Information you submit through this site is used only to respond to your request — quoting a job, scheduling a walkthrough, or answering a question. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are retained in our business records for as long as the working relationship requires and any required tax or legal retention period. If you'd like your information removed, contact us and we'll take care of it.
Your rights
